Our Facilities
In late 2023, the Clemson women’s lacrosse will enter its brand new home on the banks of Lake Hartwell.
As part of a $27.5 million project, the women’s lacrosse program will have its own 9,000 square foot operations building and a 2,000-seat stadium. Both the operations building and the stadium would be exclusively for the women’s lacrosse program, making it the only facility of its kind in the sport of women’s lacrosse.
The operations building would include locker rooms, a player lounge, video room, outdoor patio, coaches offices and other amenities.
The stunning new project will overlook Lake Hartwell, adjacent to the current rowing facility, and create a vibrant area for student-athletes.
Adjacent to the women’s lacrosse operations building will be a 10,000-square foot training and recovery facility with designated space for sports science, nutrition, sports medicine and strength and conditioning. This building will serve the lacrosse, rowing and gymnastics programs.
In 2024, Clemson has plans to open a $50-million performance and wellness center for Olympic sport athletes.
